Terms for using ECW.
These Terms govern access to and use of ECW · eCash Wallet, including its public site, wallet, authentication, payment, security, and support surfaces.

ECW and partner services
ECW is a financial technology platform, not a bank. Banking, payment, card, account, settlement, or currency services may be supplied by approved third-party financial or technology partners. Availability depends on market, eligibility, provider readiness, compliance requirements, and the specific ECW feature.
Eligibility and account information
You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an ECW account and use the service only where it is legally available to you. Some personal, business, payment, or currency features may require additional identity, compliance, or provider review before activation.
Account security
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, recovery channels, and authorized sign-in methods. Tell ECW support promptly if you believe your account or device has been compromised. ECW may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, funds, systems, or providers.
Payments, balances, and transactions
Transaction availability, timing, fees, limits, reversals, settlement, and supported payment methods can depend on the provider and market used for a transaction. A displayed feature or planned currency is not a promise that the feature is currently active. ECW should be treated as authoritative only for functionality that the product marks as available or verified.
Acceptable use
You may not use ECW to violate law, commit fraud, impersonate another person, interfere with security controls, abuse payment systems, exploit vulnerabilities, or access accounts or data without authorization.
Third-party services
When you choose a third-party identity, payment, banking, card, or infrastructure service, that provider may apply its own terms, eligibility rules, privacy notice, and service limits. ECW is not responsible for a provider's independent systems or decisions outside ECW's control.
Service changes and availability
ECW may add, change, restrict, suspend, or retire features to maintain security, comply with law or provider requirements, resolve technical issues, or improve the service. Planned or preview functionality may change before general availability.
Intellectual property
ECW branding, interface design, software, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ECW technology or branding to users.
Disclaimers
ECW is provided using reasonable care, but availability can be affected by networks, devices, external providers, maintenance, security events, or circumstances outside ECW's control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension or termination
Access may be limited or terminated where required by law, provider rules, security needs, suspected misuse, or material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and permitted, ECW may provide information about the restriction or next steps.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as ECW changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date and, where appropriate, through an in-product notice.
